EAST LOTHIAN GOLF TOURS
We love East Lothian’s golf coast as it offers year-round golf on many of its finest Links. We picked these three courses as they all provide a different golfing experience in both their layout and design.
Gullane No. 1 is a fine course where golf has been played on these Links since the 1600’s.
The West Links at North Berwick Golf Club is a world-class championship course with a fantastic routing along the beach.
Archerfield is routed between Muirfield to the West and North Berwick to the East, so its pedigree is well established and presents two wonderful courses in Dirleton and Fidra.

WEST LINKS AT NORTH BERWICK GOLF CLUB (41st World top 100 courses)
The West Links at North Berwick golf club is our most requested course in East Lothian. This is a wonderfully routed eighteen holes of golf along the East Lothian coastline.
With a good easterly breeze coming at you, this will test your game strategy and club selection. From the turn and with the weather, the course really comes alive. The back nine are a world-class run in to the clubhouse and the 15th “Redan” is an exceptional par three and allegedly the most copied hole in world golf.
The course condition, standard of maintenance and green-keeping are second to none.
The clubhouse welcome and the fact you are reminded that “you are here as members for the day so please enjoy the course and all that we have to offer” is a genuine statement of their hospitality.
GULLANE NO. 1 GOLF CLUB
PGA.com rated Gullane as the “world’s 5th most picturesque golf spot” and we would agree - it’s centre stage in a fantastic golfing coastline, that rivals any other Links destination in the world.
Gullane Golf Club has three courses and No. 1 is the pick of the trio, with Golf Magazine USA recognising the spectacular par 5 3rd, on this course, as “one of the best holes in the world”.
When you reach the 7th tee, you will be on the summit of Gullane hill and on a clear day, you will take in one of the finest 360 degree vistas in golf.
This is an exceptional golf course routed on wonderful Links affording a great challenge and a truly memorable round.
ARCHERFIELD FIDRA GOLF COURSE
Our clients love the Archerfield Links experience, with both courses providing great golf in a wonderful location.
Fidra is a well routed track through fifty year old pines, clever course design and particularly well bunkered too. We have played Archerfield for years and their continual development and improvements to both Fidra and Dirleton are making these first-class courses.
Mentioned regularly in feedback, the halfway house range of pies is something of legendary status, and we’ve eaten them all through our many visits, so be sure to try them!
It is difficult to find fault with the Archerfield set up, the welcome and attention to detail, the clubhouse, practice facilities and pro shop are all excellent.

We work with several city, regional, and country house hotels and lodges. We know all our recommended properties from personal experience.
We also manage several exclusive use properties, castles, shooting lodges and small estates, these work particularly well for larger groups.
Exclusive use properties and can be fully staffed and catered or unmanaged if you prefer. They do provide added privacy, and the opportunity to manage your own “off course” agenda.
